The United States Marine who was to death on a subway car has hired a rival of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to represent him. Neely was a street performer strangled to death by the former Marine who put him in a chokehold on the subway on Monday.The Marine, who has still not been identified but is allegedly a 24-year-old from Queens, according to the , has reportedly hired attorney Thomas Kenniff.
