Mark Walter 'joins Todd Boehly-led bid to buy Chelsea'

Mark Walter has reportedly backed Dodgers co-owner Todd Boehly by joining the latter's bid to buy .

The US billionaire, himself worth an estimate £3.3billion ($4.4bn), has according to and joined the consortium bidding to own the Premier League side.

There is however no indication how much money the 62-year-old could or will contribute to the bid, which will have to be submitted by Thursday April 14.
