Former Mets star Matt Harvey and other Major League ballplayers could be called to testify against the former Los Angeles Angels employee accused of providing drugs that led to pitcher Tyler Skaggs’ overdose death.Federal prosecutors on Thursday released a lengthy witness list in preparation for next week’s trial in Fort Worth, Texas against former Angel’s communications director, Eric Prescott Kay, who faces drug distribution and drug conspiracy charges related to Skagg’s 2019 death.According to the court documents obtained by the Post, Harvey could testify about, “Interactions with [Skaggs] and interactions with Eric Kay. Will testify that Eric Kay provided drugs believed to be oxycodone to [Skaggs] and others; knowledge of [Skaggs] oxycodone use; lingo used when referring to oxycodone pills; and communications with Eric Kay about oxycodone.”
