A Brooklyn man accused of shooting a McDonald's employee in the neck during an argument over cold fries is being held without bail and will likely face murder charges after the victim was declared brain-dead following Monday's shooting. Michael Morgan, 20, kept his eyes down and didn't speak as he was arraigned on Thursday for the attempted murder of fast food joint worker Matthew Webb, 23, who remains on life support.Assistant District Attorney Luis Paternina said upgraded charges are likely against Morgan, who is being held without bail pending another court appearance next week.
