McDonald's is temporarily shutting its US offices ahead of an expected announcement about job cuts in its corporate workforce as part of a company restructuring, reports say.The fast food giant said in an internal email last week to US staff and some international employees that they should work from home from Monday through Wednesday this week so it can provide staffing decisions virtually, The Wall Street Journal reports.Employees have also been requested to cancel in-person meetings with outside parties at its Chicago headquarters.
