's virtual reality network Horizon Worlds, currently the centerpiece of its endeavor, is suffering from bugs and not being used very much by the very employees who are building it - new internal documents reveal. In a September 15 memo to employees obtained by , Meta's VP of Metaverse, Vishal Shah, said the team would remain in 'quality ' for the remainder of 2022 in order to 'ensure that we fix our quality gaps and performance issues before we open up Horizon to more users.'Horizon Worlds is a free virtual reality online video game that allows users to interact with legless avatars that they can create. It was first released in the U.S. and Canada to people over age 18 on December 9, 2021.
