One of six migrants accused of brutally assaulting two Police Department officers in Times Square was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday. Yohenry Brito, 24, was is accused of being the 'most culpable' of six people arrested in the attack on January 27 was held in custody on $15,000 bail after an initial court appearance last week. He is set to appear in court again on March 25, at which time the charges against him will be unsealed.
