Former cop Kim Potter who shot and killed Daunte Wright when she mistook her taser for her gun, will be released from prison after serving a 16-month sentence.Potter, 50, served her sentence at Shakopee Minnesota Correctional Facility and will serve another eight months on probation beginning on Monday.She was seen in a recent mug shot looking frail and rail thin more than a year after she was sobbing at her sentencing trial for the April 11, 2020 death of Wright.
