The cop will not face charges after he shot and killed Amir Locke while executing an early morning no-knock search warrant as SWAT team searched for his cousin, who was wanted on murder charges.Locke, 22, who was black, was staying on a couch in the apartment when authorities entered it on February 2 without knocking as part of an investigation into a homicide in neighboring St. Paul.Locke, who was not named in the warrant, disturbed by the raid, he reached for his legally-held gun, only to be shot dead by Minneapolis PD officers as they saw him draw the weapon.
