Two Minnesota teens have been charged with multiple counts of second-degree murder in relation to a school shooting on Tuesday that left one student dead and one other injured.Alfredo Rosario Solis, 19, and Fernando Valdez-Alvarez, 18, were both charged with three counts of second-degree murder for their alleged involvement in the school shooting at South Education Center in Richfield, Minnesota.The shooting occurred outside the South Education Center at around 12:07 p.m., according to police chief Jay Henthorne. The school is about 20-minutes outside of Minneapolis.
