At least 130,000 people in the Detroit metropolitan area were still without fresh water as a boil water advisory continued following a weekend water main break and help could take anywhere from two weeks to a month.The break happened at the Lake Huron water treatment facility Saturday morning, forcing Governor Gretchen Whitmer to declare a state of emergency in four counties. Whitmer said: 'We are drawing on every resource we have and taking every action necessary to get impacted families the help they need'.
