Quinton Simon's 22-year-old mother has officially been indicted on 19 counts, one month after the infant's remains were found in a landfill.Leilani Simon is now facing charges including malice murder, felony murder, concealment of death and making false statements to police for the toddler's death in early October.An indictment obtained by claims she hit Quinton, who was just 20-months-old at the time, 'with an object' that caused 'cruel and excessive pain,' which led to the toddler's death. She then allegedly left her home early on October 5 to dispose of his body at a local mobile home park.
