When Melissa Calusinski arrived at the daycare center where she worked in a wealthy suburb in January 2009, all the children seemed happy and healthy.
But just a few hours later, a 16-month-old boy was dead and Melissa was sitting in a windowless interrogation room being relentlessly grilled by police.
The then-22-year-old claimed that when a co-worker at the Minee Subee daycare in Lincolnshire briefly stepped out of the room, she noticed little Benjamin Kingan - who was sitting in a bouncy chair - had foam and blood coming out of his nose.
