A fast-moving man-made wildfire in Washington state has put 40,000 homes in an evacuation zone Sunday night, as the blaze grew to 400 acres.Unseasonably warm and dry temperatures led the Nakia Creek Fire in southeast Washington to break containment lines late Sunday, the Clark County Regional Emergency Services Agency reported.The blaze, which is now officially out-of-control, has triggered a compulsory evacuation zone that includes 1,000 more homes near Camas and Washougal, sending Clark County Sheriff's deputies to each home to make sure residents were evacuating on Sunday.
