Former astronaut Scott Kelly has been blocked on by the head of the Russian space agency, Dmitry Rogozin, after the pair traded insults over sanctions. One of the most famous astronauts to come out of the U.S. space agency, Kelly is a veteran of four space flights, and spent a year on the International Space Station alongside cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko, as part of a joint US-Russian mission.
