Two legislators are unhappy that a preschool has been using unapproved flash cards - which include images of a pregnant man - to teach 3- and 4-year-old children colors. State Representative Erin Paré and Speaker of the House Tim Moore, both Repbulicans, brought attention to the cards after Paré was emailed by a concerned constituent. The constituent claimed that the flash cards that were being used to teach preschoolers at Ballantine Elementary School in Wake County.
