A neighbor of elementary school gunman Salvador Ramos has recalled seeing the teen's grandmother run out of her home covered in blood after she was shot in the face by her own grandson. Gilberto Gallegos, 82, lives across the street from Celia Gonzales, 66, who was shot by Ramos last Tuesday moments before he opened fire at an Uvalde elementary school, killing 19 students and two teachers. Speaking to DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview, Gallegos revealed he had been gardening with wife Maria, 76, in their front yard when they suddenly heard gunshots ring out from Gonzales's home.
