The newly elected Senator is hard to miss at 6 foot 8 inches, boasting a salt and pepper goatee, bald head, tattoos and hoodie – except when he's forced to ditch his signature look on the floor where men are required to wear a jacket and tie.

His wife, Giselle Barreto Fetterman, was among the first to raise the alarm when her Democratic husband was bestowed his newest accolade, posting her disbelief to Twitter.
