Unearthed pictures that have lain untouched for 70 years in archive show King George VI's state funeral on the 70th anniversary of his death as the country both mourned his loss and welcomed his daughter as the Queen.One newly-colourised image shows standing solemnly at the grave of her father King George VI after his coffin had been lowered through the floor of St Georges Chapel, Windsor. The new monarch stood centre stage and sprinkled soil into her father's grave as it was disappeared from view.
