star Joe Mixon declined to speak to reporters in his first practice since being found not guilty in his aggravated menacing case. Mixon, 27, was on trial in court since the start of the week and following four days of deliberation between prosecutors and his lawyers, a judge in Cincinnati determined on Thursday that the running back would not be charged with a misdemeanor of aggravated menacing.He returned to practice with the Bengals Sunday but following the session, he shunned questions from reporters.
