Notorious vegan activist holds vigil in raw meat section

A notorious activist laid flowers in the raw meat section of a supermarket and held a vigil for the dead animals in a bizarre protest.

Tash Peterson wore a pig onesie as she carried a jar of roses into Coles at Kardinya Park Shopping Centre, in south-west , last Tuesday.

She then knelt down in the raw meat section and began to bizarrely pay her respects to the dead animals before a fed-up customer confronted her.
