The National Security Agency is making the most of huge layoffs sweeping through Silicon Valley by poaching fired tech workers as part of its largest hiring spree in 30 years.The intelligence agency has been trying to recruit workers over LinkedIn and said it will hire 3,000 people in what it described an 'unprecedented hiring effort in 2023'.Layoffs affecting big tech companies like Amazon and began last year and have continued.
