The New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade returns for the first time in full since 2019.When the coronavirus pandemic began in March 2020, the St. Patrick’s Day Parade was one of the first major NYC events to be cancelled on March 10. It was the first time in the parade’s 261-year history it was shut down.This year’s parade route marches down 5th Avenue in Manhattan. Commuters and drivers can expect street closures around 5th Avenue from 43rd Street to 84th Street.
