Some 113 Senegalese migrants arrived at a facility commissioned by mayor Eric Adams and known as 'tent city' - which until last week was almost empty.The Senegalese migrants mostly made their way up to the facility on Randall's Island from the southern border via buses on Sunday.Their arrival in New York was coordinated by an Imam from the Bronx who had been housing migrants independently before hearing that the facility was empty.
