The New York Police Department will attempt to crack down on 'trigger-pullers' and shooting hotspots in the crime-plagued city, according to a 90-day plan revealed in an internal NYPD memo. The '2022 Crime Plan' will make tackling 'crime, fear and disorder' the top priority, according to the memo.Those who have been involved in recent or multiple gun-related incidents will be added to a list so that all units are aware of frequent offenders in their precincts.
