A New York police sergeant who raked in over $200,000 last year has been suspended for allegedly stealing $15 in cough medicine. Sgt. Rayna Madho was suspended without pay by the NYPD after she was arrested on Saturday night in Nassau County on Long Island, the reported.The 41-year-old was charged with two counts of petty larceny for two incidents, on December 7 and November 24, at a Target store in Valley Stream.
