An sheriff broke down in tears while discussing the loss of one of his officers, who was shot dead while serving an eviction notice. Oklahoma County Sheriff Tommie Johnson grew emotional on Monday while talking to the press about his fallen officer Sergeant Bobby Swartz - who was the first deputy to be shot and killed in the county since 1935. Swartz has been in law enforcement since 1997 and served in the Army Reserve prior to that. He also received an award for saving a man run over by a truck in 2020 while he was off duty and was recently promoted to sergeant in March.
