An osteopath has shared his quick and easy exercises for relieving neck pain and stiffness. Brendon Talbot, a Canadian health practitioner who specialises in bone and muscle tissue, posted a video to recommending four movements to prevent neck restriction which can cause headaches and a congested sinus. In the now-viral clip, he demonstrated the movements starting with the first exercise where, sitting on a couch, he pulls down on the skin over the sternum, and extends his head backwards.
