The parents of a dead student have lost their legal battle to have his sperm frozen so they could potentially have a grandchild.After hearing an urgent application in the Court of Protection while the 22-year-old man was in a coma, Mr Justice Poole ruled that the procedure would be an 'invasion of his privacy', the reported.Despite his father telling the court that his son had often spoken about wanting children before having a stroke, the judge said there was insufficient evidence of his wishes.
