The parents of Kaylee Goncalves have claimed that their daughter was 'trapped' by the body of her best friend as she tried to escape their killer. Steve Goncalves says that his daughter was stuck in her bedroom because of the property layout in , , on the night she was murdered. Kaylee, 21, was killed alongside her best friend Maddie Mogen, 21, housemate Xana Kernodle, 20, and Kernodle's boyfriend, , 20, on 13 November 2022.
