Parts of the US where life expectancy is lower than in NORTH KOREA

Nearly 700 US counties have a lower life expectancy than , startling new data reveals.

Researchers at the University of - Madison combed through Census data for more than 3,100 counties across the US to determine the average life expectancy for each one.

They found just over one-fifth of the US has a life expectancy equal to or less than 72.6, the average age a North Korean citizen is expected to live, according to the latest (WHO) data.
