Physician assistant arrested, stalked ex then murdered her husband

A physician assistant from is accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend for three days at her home and place of work before murdering her husband, and then going on the run.

Jacob L. Klein, 40, was arrested in Virginia on Friday and is now in federal custody but he is expected to be returned to New York to face a charge of second degree murder.

Klein is accused of murdering 35-year-old Philip L. Rabadi, who was married to Klein's ex, Elana Z. Radin.
