Plastic surgeons react to Paris Hilton and others who deny tweaks

became the latest high-profile figure to deny cosmetically altering her famous face when she said last week that she's 'all natural.'

She said on a podcast: 'I've stayed out of the sun. I've never done any , injectables, no surgery, nothing.'

But Dr Dennis Schimpf, a cosmetic plastic surgeon based in South Carolina, has his doubts.‘I think you really couldn't argue that her lips are definitely more full and her jawline has a much more prominent kind of structure [than when she was in her 20s],' he said.
