Radio host Adam Carolla invited backlash in the wake of the as he said liberals in the stricken area 'asked for it' by voting .

Carolla, 60, pointed blame at Governor and Mayor Karen Bass for mismanaging the crisis, saying their elections show locals 'sort of get what we deserve'.
