She has rightly been heralded for her linguistic talents but had to laugh off an embarrassing faux-pas in an interview for this week's Italian Open.The 19-year-old Raducanu is trilingual and speaks Mandarin and Romanian as well as English. Her mother is Chinese and her father is from Romania and looking ahead to this week's tennis in Rome, Raducanu was asked if she has learned much Italian.'I did, like "che chazzo",' Raducanu says, before being caught off guard by the shocked laughter in the background behind the camera. 'Is that a bad word?' she asked.
