Forget the seven-year itch – people are least satisfied with their relationships after ten years, research suggests.The team, from the University of Bern in Switzerland, studied 165,000 adults in the UK and 15 other countries, who had been asked multiple times about their relationship satisfaction.They found that the couples tended to reach their lowest point ten years in, before satisfaction climbed again until the 20-year mark, when it began to drop again slightly.
