As of Saturday afternoon, the article was still published, but the outlet - owned by - had issued one correction and a clarification. The article questioned the legitimacy of Luna's life story, questioning if her father had actually been to jail and claimed some friends and family were 'surprised' to hear the representative claim she grew up in poverty and had embraced her Hispanic heritage.
