Republican Sen. Ernst rolls out 'drain the swamp' reform package

Sen. Joni Ernst is leading the charge to rein in the massive 2.25 million employee federal bureaucracy and require federal workers to show up to work.

Billions of taxpayer dollars have been wasted based on unused federal office space and employees taking advantage of the 's liberal work from home policies over the past two years.

As a result, Ernst is rolling out a massive reform package including several sets of bills that will keep the administrative state in check, she says.
