'It's pretty rich for a former president who divides his time between Martha's Vineyard and Washington D.C. to come in here and call somebody who lives in Oshkosh, , and drives all over the state talking to all kinds of folks, to say that I'm out of touch,' Johnson said on Fox Business Monday. Obama, out stumping for Wisconsin's Democratic Gov. Tony Evers and Johnson's opponent, Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes, claimed that Johnson wanted to raise the retirement age to 70 and have lawmakers vote to fund the program on an annual basis.
