A Ukrainian high-jumper's mother has been killed in a Russian airstrike on the city of overnight, with the heartbroken athlete paying tribute to her today. Kateryna Tabashnyk, 28, revealed her mother was one of at least 11 civilians who died in two blasts which hit residential areas of Kharkiv overnight, leaving another 40 wounded in one of the deadliest nights of bombing since the war began. Tabashnyk, who is thought to be in Munich for the European Athletics Championships, posted a tribute on along with footage of her bombed-out apartment and a caption addressed to Russia which says: 'How I hate you.'
