Billionaire Russian oligarch Valery Kogan has agreed to sell his penthouse amid between the US and struck the deal after most recently asking $39million for the 35th-floor manse at 15 Central Park West, reported. The unspecified price was paid all in cash, after the co-owner of Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport and his wife, Olga, put the penthouse on the market last year for an eye-popping $65million.
