A man convicted for the 2002 murder of his wife and unborn child will not get a new trial, a judge ruled Tuesday.Scott Peterson will remain behind bars for the rest of his life after his request for a new trial on the grounds that his conviction was compromised by a biased juror was tossed out. He was convicted in 2004.Judge Anne-Christine Massullo ruled juror in question acted not out of wrongdoing by out of emotion brought on by the proceedings.
