The Republican delivered a speech Thursday afternoon at the Conservative Political Action Conference, where he addressed his losing Senate leadership bid and alluded to his recent tussle with the Biden administration over Social Security and Medicare. 'Everybody in Washington said I was nuts. I might be. But we cannot put up with this BS anymore,' he said of challenging McConnell.
