Seniors face another rising cost outpacing Social Security uplift

Retirees face another financial hit thanks to a big jump in the cost of healthcare.

The jump in cost for Medicare Part B is expected to outpaceSocial Security's annual allowance uplift next year, as well as the general rate of inflation.

Medicare Part B - which covers expenses like doctor visits, outpatient hospital services, and some home health care - currently costs seniors $174.70 per month.
