Shedeur Sanders has worst slide in NFL Draft history out of 3rd round

After going to bed on Thursday night having not been selected in the first round of the NFL Draft, Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders is still waiting for his name to be called after suffering the worst draft slide in league history.

It's an absolutely stunning development. One that may have no equal in the history of the NFL or North American sports.

Just months ago, Sanders was projected to be one of the first three players selected. Now, he hasn't even been picked in the first three rounds as he watched Friday night as his name plummeted like a boulder off a sheer cliff as 102 names passed him by.
