Speaker Mike Johnson speaking at the U.S.-Mexico border in called the border an 'unmitigated disaster' and hit President Biden and his administration for inaction, warning the U.S. is at a 'breaking point.'

His trip to Eagle Pass, Texas, comes days after marking the highest total for a single month ever recorded in history.

'The situation here and across the country is truly unconscionable. We would describe it as both heartbreaking and infuriating,' the speaker said during a press conference with 64 House Republicans.
