A Missouri prosecutor refused to press charges against a woman who wielded a gun during a Cinco de Mayo shooting that left two people injured.District attorney Kim Gardner refused to prosecute due to 'lack of evidence,' despite the suspect Amber Booker, 33, being seen in surveillance footage allegedly shooting a gun at a Cherokee Street party Saturday around 7.30pm along with a male suspect.Booker and the other unidentified suspect took out guns when a fight broke out amid the festival with 100 attendees. A man and a woman, both 25, were shot in the leg and treated for non life-threatening injuries.
