's security detail says he was banished to the Canadian border after having a relationship with one of Cuomo's daughters, and revealed in a new report how the process left him feeling 'defeated.'State Trooper Dane Pfeiffer, 37, said it was not his idea to be reassigned nor did he volunteer to be transferred from his post to Plattsburgh, a city in upstate New York, far away from his lover Cara Kennedy-Cuomo, 27, who was staying in the governor's mansion at the time due to the pandemic.'On paper I volunteered, but no, I don't want to go up there, never want to go there again,' Pfeiffer said, according to a 32-page released Friday by the New York Office of the Inspector General.
