A man who was arrested last week for the kidnaping of 18-year-old Naomi Irion missing since March 12 is a former convict who previously served 12 years in a prison for his role in a methamphetamine dealer's murder. Troy Driver, 41, was taken into custody on Friday in connection with the disappearance of Irion, who remained missing, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said in brief statements. Driver is scheduled to make his initial appearance at Canal Township Justice Court in Fernley, Nevada, at noon on Wednesday.
