A Missouri teenager who fell to his death from a ride at an Orlando amusement park was not properly strapped in, according to a recording of a 911 call from the scene. Tyre Sampson was just 14 years old, and had been visiting ICON Park with his family when the fatal incident occurred. “Um, I’m not sure. They’re saying he’s breathing, but he’s not responsive. Looks like his arms are broken and his legs,” the caller claimed, according to an audio recording reviewed by The Post. “I don’t know from where he fell. They [ICON park staff] didn’t secure the seatbelt on him.”
